🔄 Return or Cancellation

Within 4 Hours: Orders can be cancelled directly from My Account → Orders → Manage within 4 hours of placing the order for a Full Refund.

After 4 Hours but Before Courier Pickup: Full refund still applies if shipment has not been picked up.

After Courier Pickup: Refund will be issued after deducting Delivery Charges + RTO (Return To Origin Charges).

Example: Order ₹500 – Delivery ₹50 – RTO ₹50 → Refund = ₹400

🚫 Returns on Delivered Products

Since we sell consumable food products (spices, powders, etc.), returns are not accepted once delivered. This ensures hygiene, safety, and product integrity for all customers in compliance with food safety laws.

🧾 Refund Eligibility (Partial Refund Cases)

Refunds apply only if products are damaged or defective at the time of delivery. In such cases:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide Order Number + Photo/Video Evidence
• If approved, a refund or replacement will be provided

Note: Delivery + RTO charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Charges: Cost of sending your order to you.

RTO Charges: Cost of returning the product if cancelled after pickup.

Both are non-refundable as they are paid to the courier company.
