Q. How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your shipment is booked, we will send you another email with your Tracking ID and AWB number.

You can track your shipment in two ways:

  1. Via Email Link

    • Click on the tracking link provided in your shipment email.

    • You will see the live status of your order.

  2. Via Rify Website

    • Visit www.swirify.com

    • Go to the Track Order section.

    • Enter your AWB number to check the current status of your shipment.

Q. How long does delivery take?

We usually ship orders within 24–48 hours. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

  • Other locations: 5–7 working days

Q. Are your spices 100% pure and original?

Yes ✅ At Rify, purity is our promise. All our spices are sourced carefully, with no chemicals, no artificial colors, and no contamination.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Net Banking & Debit/Credit Cards

Q. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order before shipment is booked. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email for quick help.

Q. Do you offer returns or refunds?

We ensure quality in every packet. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, you can request a replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery.

Q. Do you have bulk or wholesale options?

Yes! If you need bulk or wholesale spices, please contact us directly at support@swirify.com or WhatsApp us for special pricing.

Q. Where do you source your spices from?

We carefully source our spices directly from trusted farmers and suppliers to ensure maximum freshness and purity.

Q. How should I store the spices after purchase?

Store spices in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Always keep them in airtight containers to preserve flavor and aroma.

Q. Do your spices have FSSAI approval?

Yes ✅ All Rify products are FSSAI certified and meet food safety standards.

Q. Do you ship outside India?

Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping will be launched soo

Q. I didn’t receive any tracking details. What should I do?

If you haven’t received tracking details within 24–48 hours of placing the order, please check your spam/junk folder. If it’s still not available, contact us at care@swirify.com or via WhatsApp.

Q. What is your refund policy?

If you cancel an order before shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you cancel after the shipment is booked, the courier charges will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Q. What is the actual refund amount I will get?

Your refund amount depends on the order status:

  • Before Shipment: 100% refund.

  • After Shipment Booking: Refund = (Order Amount – Courier Charges).

  • If Delivered & Returned: Refund will be processed after quality check of the returned product. Courier charges will not be refunded.

Q. How long does it take to process refunds?

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation or product return confirmation. The time may vary depending on your payment method or bank.

Q. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

If your order has not been shipped, you can update the delivery address by contacting us immediately at care@swirify.com and📱 WhatsApp: 8768401513. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed.
