We carefully source our spices directly from <strong data-start="1914" data-end="1947">trusted farmers and suppliers</strong> to ensure maximum freshness and purity.

Q. How should I store the spices after purchase?

Store spices in a <strong data-start="2073" data-end="2092">cool, dry place</strong> away from direct sunlight. Always keep them in <strong data-start="2140" data-end="2163">airtight containers</strong> to preserve flavor and aroma.

Q. Do your spices have FSSAI approval?

Q. I didn’t receive any tracking details. What should I do?

If you haven’t received tracking details within 24–48 hours of placing the order, please check your <strong data-start="825" data-end="845">spam/junk folder</strong>. If it’s still not available, contact us at <strong data-start="890" data-end="911"><a class="decorated-link cursor-pointer" rel="noopener" data-start="892" data-end="909">care@swirify.com</a></strong> or via WhatsApp.

Q. What is your refund policy?

If you cancel an order <strong data-start="997" data-end="1016">before shipment</strong>, you are eligible for a <strong data-start="1041" data-end="1056">full refund</strong>.<br data-start="1057" data-end="1060" />If you cancel <strong data-start="1074" data-end="1106">after the shipment is booked</strong>, the <strong data-start="1112" data-end="1148">courier charges will be deducted</strong>, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Q. What is the actual refund amount I will get?
