Orders can be cancelled directly from My Account → Orders → Manage within 4 hours of placing your order.

🔹 If cancellation is requested after 4 hours or once shipment is booked:
✅ A full refund will be issued only if the courier has not yet picked up your order.
🚫 Once the order is picked up by the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
